Following multiple sell-out tours with the original “ultimate girls’ night out”, Menopause The Musical returns to York Barbican on Saturday 7 March 2020!
In the hysterical sequel to the original smash-hit show, fast forward five years to catch up with the same four characters for tales of their lives, loves and losses as they set sail on the high seas.
For these four ladies, the menopause was not the beginning of the end, but the beginning of a beautiful friendship where love conquers, and friendships never fail.
Returning for the show is fan favourite Cheryl Fergison, famous for her role as EastEnders' character Heather Trott, who met a grisly end at the hands of Ben Mitchell in 2012.
She has made many stage appearances and revealed her funny, lovable and true down to earth nature in shows such as Celebrity Big Brother and Loose Women.
Rebecca Wheatley, who plays receptionist Amy Howard on Casualty, is also back for the upcoming tour.
Her acting career has seen her perform in many West End Musicals including Fame and Bad Girls The Musical. She can also be seen regularly as a presenter on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff and ITV’s Loose Women.
Joining them for the tour is Nicole Barber-Lane, best known as Myra McQueen, the queen of the McQueen clan on TV soap Hollyoaks. She has several TV credits to her name after appearances in ITV soap Emmerdale & BBC's Bodies and has also made multiple appearances on stage.
Completing the line-up is Nikki French, a former Eurovision representative for the UK and famous for her dance track version of the Bonnie Tyler hit, 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart'. She has also appeared on stage previous in the UK tour of the smash-hit musical, Annie.
