York Barbican is the largest entertainment venue in York, hosting some of the biggest touring acts in the country such as Morrissey, Russell Brand, Little Mix and the UK Snooker Championships. Opened in 2011, the venue is managed by ASM Global, alongside Manchester Arena, the First Direct Arena in Leeds, Newcastle Utilita Arena and many more.

As well as staging world-class events, York Barbican is an important addition to York's business tourism offer, hosting a range of events from large conferences to smaller meetings and private events.
