Our team has a wealth of experience from a wide back catalogue of events, which we have successfully managed here at York Barbican and across the industry.
The knowledge, skills and wisdom we have obtained allows us to support you in your vision here at York Barbican, working together to deliver your event safely and successfully. From the very first email, throughout the planning process we will work together to ensure your event reaches its highest potential keeping within your budget and exceeding expectations. On the event day, we provide support to ensure the event runs smoothly and your guests have an enjoyable experience.
Many of our team members have degrees specialising in Events, certificates in risk management and trained in First Aid. All our staff, including our incredible casual staff and security contractor have received training in the Protect Duty, known today as Martyn’s Law. As part of the ASM Global group we are ahead of the curve protecting the public and staff in our venue.
